Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Most orders require 1 business day for processing before they are handed over to the shipping carrier.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via a trusted carrier. Estimated delivery times are:
Standard Ground Shipping: Typically 3–5 business days, depending on destination, carrier operations, and external factors.
Military Addresses (APO/FPO/AA): Delivery may take approximately 8–12 business days after shipment.
Shipping timelines do not include weekends or public holidays.

Tracking updates may take time to appear, especially before the package reaches a carrier sorting facility.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure all shipping and contact information is accurate at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be reshipped once returned to us, with reshipping costs paid by the customer.
If a refund is requested for a returned shipment, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Replacement & Warranty Shipments
Replacement and warranty shipments are subject to the shipping carrier’s terms and conditions.
All shipments include limited carrier insurance for loss or damage during transit.
Claims require proper documentation and proof of issue.
If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, replacement or refund requests may not be approved and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Loss or theft occurring after delivery is not covered.
